Implemented a comprehensive Performance Development process for a matrix based 8000 employee consultancy. The critical achievement was gaining the agreement of the eight independent divisions to abandon their own processes in favour of a common performance development process.

Project managed the implementation of an innovative weekly performance management system for an employee population of over 2000 agents across three call centres. The project was delivered on time and above expectation with positive feedback from agents, team leaders or senior managers.

Led and project managed the implementation of a quarterly performance management and reward process for a matrix based international organisation of 300 employees where the functional manager was often located in different countries to their functional reports. Achieved 99.1% of all performance reviews in the first quarter of operation and received positive feedback from managers and employees on the impact of setting and reviewing shorter term objectives.

Led the development of a powerful performance management reporting suite which took raw enterprise system performance management data and translated it into information and insights that enabled managers to proactively manage the performance of individual employees, groups of employees and monitor the effectiveness of manager’s performance assessments.
