Examples of projects in HR Systems Implementation

  • Directed and project managed the global implementation of a Learning Management System connecting 27 counties across three continents for an employee population of 55,000 people.
  • Developed and implemented internal and external interactive career websites for numerous high profile global organisations. Examples include Unilever’s “Personal Evaluation Toolkit” and UBS “Assess Yourself”.
  • Acted as a Change Manager on a major systems implementation to identify the impact of the project on stakeholders and communities. Subsequently developed transition activities and business acceptance processes to ensure that the change impact of the project was minimised
  • Developed a multi-rater evaluation tool that enables numerous organisation and their managers to assess the quality of conversations at work. From the insights gained, the manager is provided with a series of targeted development options and the organisation benefits from a statistical analysis of the ‘conversation gaps’ across the organisation.
  • Designed and developed a web based ‘Facilitation Toolkit’ on behalf of an Organisation Development and Change Management team. This web based resource contained processes, techniques, models, templates and checklists to support managers and change teams rapidly develop effective facilitation workshops.
  • Designed and developed an e-learning module and other supporting resources to support the implementation of a quarterly based performance management system.
  • Designed the content of significant interactive elements of HR Intranet sites for numerous blue chip organisations.
