  • Designed and delivered an innovative career development offering, including competency based role definitions, mentoring support, web based career assessment toolkit and support for personal development.

  • Designed, developed and implemented a Vice President identification, development, assessment and selection process for what was one of the “Big Five” management consultants.

  • Developed competency frameworks at all organisation levels for selection, assessment and development, including a major global competency framework covering the roles of vice presidents, partners and directors of a major management consultancy.

  • Designed and developed numerous bespoke e-mail and web based multi rater (360 degree) tools to provide developmental feedback to managers and employees. These tools provide fully automated tracking, notification, report generation and organisational reporting.

  • Developed and delivered an innovative programme to build virtual / cross cultural skills across five continents, using a mix of learning events and a virtual business simulation.

  • Facilitated multiple team building and business focus events for senior managers within numerous organisations.

  • Design, delivery and skill transfer of coaching support to multinational members of in company International Business School action learning teams.

  • One to one coaching of Change Agents on an international change collaboration project.

  • Designed and developed a range of print and web based situational dialogue guides (Recruitment, Integration, Development, Performance, Recognition) to support senior managers of an multi brand, multinational retailer in order to carry out effective employee conversations.

  • Implemented a blended learning solution for employee induction including information, skill and knowledge transfer frameworks for an organisation recruiting over 2000 employees per annum.

  • Carried out a Europe wide survey of the senior management community for a major car manufacturer to understand how well the organisation was meeting the career and leadership development needs of this strategically important group of employees. Despite exceptionally short timescales, we achieved high levels of participation and the insights gained from the research were subsequently used to shape the organisations leadership development strategy.

  • Developed an ‘engaging conversations’ workbook on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company in order to support managers at all levels of the organisation carry out effective career and workplace conversations.

  • Designed and developed e-learning modules, workshops, conversation guides, websites and other practical resources to support career and talent management process for a multitude of different organisations.
